D. T. Hill Sounds Off....

I read and article in USA Today and the Title was "DMVs hit by budget cutbacks".  Drivers face higher fee and longer waits.  So I thought about this government run agency.  Just think if the health care passes, all you have to do with this article is recycle it.  Just replace DMV with AMA and replace drivers with patients.  So lets see if it works.
